El rebelde del acordeón Celso Piña!

The other G is a big music lover. And every year he goes to the "Fusion",  

an electronic music festival in Germany.

This year he came very excited because he danced to a mexican musician named Celso Piña.

Celso plays the accordion as no one else and his music always makes me happy. The music genre is Cumbia, a typical Latin-American music type. It started in Colombia a log time ago and now it is all over the continent. Every country has their own style. 

So this is a Cumbia-mexicana.

I also found this extraordinary photos from Fernando Vega (a mexican photographer) I like them because if I hear Celso´s music, that is exactly how I imagine him: Funny and happy.

EF-International lenguage center.

EF is a language school, offering exchange programs to improve your language skills and to learn new ones. So you have a better opportunity to understand the culture. They made this beautiful videos, where the atmosphere, photography and even the typography are very well done. I even wanna jump on the next plane and have such an experience again. Have you ever lived in an other country or made an exchange program? I did it when I was 16 and it changed my perspective completely. It was an amazing.

Eduardo Rubio!

I knew about Eduardo´s work a long time ago when my mother fascinated about his illustrations mention him. Although we have never met in person we have talked several times on the phone and I  had the honor to visit his family in Madrid. Since the are lovely persons and welcomed me when I was visiting Spain. Eduardo is a mexican illustrator and artist living and working in Madrid.

His work is very impressive and his style is very particular. I even made a presentation at school about his work because I find it fascinating!

"Two days in New York"

Friday the G&G co went to the movies with our dear friend Juli.

We watched a very funny comedy from Magnolia Pictures directed and written by Julie Delpy named "Two days in New York. It´s about a Parisian girl living with her boyfriend in New York and having her family for visit. The movie is a continuation to the first one "Two days in Paris". I must accept that usually I don´t like second parts, but this one is very independent for the first one and also very good. 

The movie it´s approaching  the cultural differences and how funny can they be. Since I am in such a relationship I find this kind of thematic pretty funny!

Delzepich Eis!

I am always looking for the best ice cream. And although  I have tried very good ones, now my favorite is Delzepich Eis. They make every day 6 to 8 different homemade ice cream flavors without artificial additives and with "happy cows" milk, because they get the milk from a farm not far away from here. 

An other cool part is that if you are lucky you can also see how they do the ice cream and get it right away when it goes out. My favorite flavor are snickers, rocky road and.... Franzbrötchen.

Franzbrötchen is a typical bread from Hamburg which is made with a lot of cinnamon and it taste just good. If you are in Hamburg it is a MUST. Delzepich Eis is on the Winterhuder weg 67, 22085 Hamburg.

Do you know about Nike+Fule?
I heard the first time from Nike Fule from a teacher at school. We start analyzing the whole marketing behind this little product I was very impressed about how perfectly round the idea is.
The hole communication and advertising it is just amazing.
Now what does this little device do?
Well, it´s designed to count how much calories you burned along your day. Mmmm yes just that!
I am not sure if I would like to know how much calories I burned and if I reach my goal every day or not, but the way the awesome marketing team sell you this product is amazing.
If you wanna know more about this little band you can watch the video under the pictures. Again I am posting this because I think the marketing, design and idea behind it, is just very, very good.
