Mango tree

Last week I was working on a web page so I had to look for some inspiration and look what I found!!

This Argentinian web page "Mango Tree" is just amazing. The illustrations are awesome. They are completely my style!

Illustrated Salsas

The minute I saw this packaging I felt in love with it. Not just because it is from Salsas and as you already know I am a mexican girl living in Germany and I really miss mexican food. But because sometimes when I see "mexican" design on foreign packaging most of the times is just a cliche from mexican culture. ( you know just see some cactus, a desert and if you are lucky a pyramid)

But this time Simpson made this beautiful illustrations from one of my favorite mexican traditions "El día de muertos" in the Inferno-Sauce and in the pre-hispanic design from the BBQ-Sauce.

I will keep on posting illustrations from him because they are fun, beautiful and with a lot of nice details.

Molotov

Last Thursday, thanks to a great friend, "The G&G co."

 was invited to the MOLOTOV concert in Hamburg.

For all of you who don't know Molotov, I must say it is one... 

if not "THE BEST" rock-band in Mexico. 

And I've been a fan for a long time and I have very good memories with their songs.

The concert was amazing and I danced and sang like crazy.

 Afterwards it was even better because we had 

the opportunity to meet them!

You can learn a lot of things from the flowers,

especially in the month of June!

Gina & Matt are two illustrators from the USA and as you see their work is beautiful, colorful, and has a lot of details. While looking at these illustrations, I could't stop thinking about the Alice in Wonderland flower song, so I posted it at the end.
